Terms and Conditions

  • Booking, Payment, & Cancellation Policy

    • Reservations will require a 25% deposit upon booking
    • Upon check-in, a damage deposit pre-authorization of $300 will be added to the card on file
    • If all terms & conditions are met, the pre-authorization will be removed following check-out(based on bank's policy)
    • Cancellations received 14 days or more from arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee(based on total accommodation amount)
    • Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee(based on total accommodation amount)

  • Property and Cancellation Policies

    It is the guest's responsibility to know and understand our reservation, deposit, pet, and cancellation policies. Please review them carefully.

  • Check-In & Check-Out Policy

    Check-in is 4:00 pm 

    Check-out is 10:00 am 


    • Please contact our front desk staff for early check-in or late check-out requests
    • Late check-outs need to be requested and approved no later than 9:00 pm the day before your departure
    • Failure to check-out by 10:00 could result in a $50 late check-out fee

  • Pet Policy

    • $30 per night charge
    • Our cabins and cedar motel rooms are the only pet-friendly units available(16 total)
    • No pets in the restaurant, hotel rooms, or motel rooms
    • Pets must be on a leash at all times outside your room
    • Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms
    • Failure to follow these policies will result in a loss of damage deposit 

  • Smoking Policy

    • All of our hotel rooms, motel rooms, cabins, and restaurant are NON-smoking
    • There are designated smoking areas with disposal containers throughout the property
    • Failure to follow this policy will result in loss of damage deposit

  • Cabin Kitchenette Policy

    Guests in cabins with kitchenettes are required to wash and put away their dishes after use or a $30 cleaning charge will be applied
